AGA's conservation services group conducted an evaluation of this large waterfront property and identified significant development restrictions and high conservation values that led the land owner to put the property in permanent conservation with passive recreational uses operated by a government agency.
AGA's site investigation of this property identified a series of former underground gasoline storage tanks on this property which were subsequently removed with the affected soils and the property was converted into these residential high rise towers on the north side of Chicago.
