both pre-purchase environmental due diligence in accordance with the
requirements of ASTM E 1527-13 and the USEPA All Appropriate Inquiry
(AAI) rule, as well as relevant land development or operational
parameters. AGA also conducts required National Environmental Policy
Act, (NEPA) Environmental assessments and related studies for federally
licensed or funded projects.
AGA specializes in environmental asset management and sustainability consulting through environmental assessments and investigations towards identification and quantification of existing and potential environmental issues, and opportunity assessments for environmental and energy efficiency. We provide pre-acquisition, pre-divestiture and pre-investment due diligence environmental consulting and assessment services, RCRA and CERCLA investigations, remedial planning and design, environmental
impact and planning services, liability assessments, as well as environmental monitoring
and remediation oversight services.
